California Proposition 75

Dear Editor,
I'd like to talk about all this fear mongering and mis-information we are being bombarded with about Prop. 75. All this talk about the Governor's "Hidden Agenda" is a bunch of malarkey. The whole Proposition in it's entirety is only 5 pages long. The only agenda seems to be to protect the public employees from their union. Every facet of the Proposition either protects the rights of the employees or forces accountability on the union relative to how and where union dues are used.

Nowhere in this proposition does it restrict the employees from participating in any or all union activities. Nowhere does it restrict or punish any group of employees, only the union's questionable activities. So, why isn't anybody active in rebutting their ridiculous claims. If those lies go unchallenged, the public will soon start believing them.

If you publish this and this link to the status page for all Propositions maybe some folks will read the 5 pages and find the truth.
