Please accept my compliments on the book, "America's Crisis." I have also read the first edition, "Silent Crisis." Considering the 2000 presidential election crisis, the book begins with the appropriate phrase, "America is steeped in uncertainty."

I am retired military with 34 years of service as a pilot and commanding officer of aviation units in combat and peacetime. Daniel B. Jeffs is an exceptional writer and I especially appreciate his gift for brief, concise analysis and significant conclusions.

I have many concerns about the political demise of our great country due to unworthy leadership and a despicable media system which supports the lowest common denominator of the "tax and spend" mentality. Jeffs has articulated many of my views and I thank him kindly. I've been around long enough to appreciate the importance of his outstanding book. Keep up the good work.
